Call for Re-tenders for 90 days Government Treasury Bills (R 203) Dated July 9, 2010,Maturing on October 7, 2010

The Treasury Bills of Nu. 1 billion in the name of the Royal Government of Bhutan are offered for sale. The Bills are of 90 days to maturity. The Bills shall be listed and issued through the Royal Securities Exchange of Bhutan.

Submission of Tenders : Tenders must be submitted through one of the authorized brokers or directly lodged at the Royal Monetary Authority of Bhutan not later than 10:30 AM on July 8, 2010 and tenders shall be irrevocable after submission.

Settlement Date : July 9, 2010

Days to Maturity : 90 days

Maturity Date: October 7, 2010

Amount : Nu. 1 billion

Terms and Conditions : For Terms and Condition governing the securities will be based on the GENERAL NOTIFICATION issued by the Ministry of Finance.

The tender will be cancelled if it doesn't meet the requirements of the minimum participants of three and 80% subscription.
