The Royal Monetary Authority of Bhutan (RMA) is pleased to announce the vacancy for the posts as detailed below:

I. List of positions that do not require any work experience

Please note that for all the vacant positions under this category, even if you have prior work experience, the mapping will be done to Entry Grade (PS4) with starting pay of Nu.26,570/- plus 20% House Rent Allowance and Grade SS8 with starting pay of Nu. 15,205/- 20% House Rent Allowance respectively for undergraduate and diploma holders.

Please note that preferences will be given to candidates with prior work experience for all vacant positions under this category. The mapping will depend on the number of years of work experience as follows:

The following documents have to be submitted along with the RMA application form:

  1. Curriculum Vitae;
  2. Academic transcripts of Class X, XII and Bachelors Degree wherever applicable;
  3. Fresh graduate applicant MUST have a minimum of 65% in Class X, XII and Degree (English + best 4 subjects for class X and English + best 3 subjects for Class XII). For the purpose of shortlisting, Class X & XII will be converted into 30 % each and Degree will be converted into 40%;
  4. The experienced applicant MUST have a minimum average of 65% in Class X, XII & Degree (English + best 4 subjects for Class X & English +best 3 subjects for Class XII). For the purpose of shortlisting, Class X & XII will be converted into 30 % each and Degree will be converted into 40%;
  5. The applicant for the post of ICT Assistant MUST have a minimum average of 65% (Class X & XII marks will be converted into 50% each (English + best 4 subjects for class X and English + best 3 subjects for class XII);
  6. Security Clearance Certificate;
  7. Copy of Citizenship ID card;
  8. Copy Recent Medical fitness certificate;
  9. Audit Clearance for in-service candidates; and
  10. No Objection Certificate from present organization if selected (if presently employed).

Candidates fulfilling the required criteria should submit their application to the HRD under Department of Administration & Finance, RMA on or before October 7, 2019 .
