This is to inform the general public that Central Registry for Secured Transaction (CRST) which was under the Credit Information Bureau of Bhutan Limited, Ground Floor, NPPF Office Complex Building, Chubhachu, Thimphu has been shifted to the Royal Monetary Authority of Bhutan, Chhophel Lam, Kawajangsa, Thimphu, Bhutan with effect from 1st July 2018.
