This is to inform the general public that “the import or export of gold or silver in form of coins, bars, bullion, beyond the duty free limit prescribed by the Ministry of Finance shall require the prior approval of the RMA¿ as per section 8 of the Foreign Exchange Regulations 2013.
This notification is issued as a reminder to the government agencies concerned and the general public for strict and immediate compliance.
