We would like to notify the general public that the Financial Institutions (FIs) have been informed to institute Consumer Protection Cells in their respective organizations to answer/settle any query related to the services extended by FIs. However, if a consumer is not satisfied with the decisions of the FIs' Consumer Protection Cells, the matter can be escalated to RMA's Consumer Protection Cell.

RMA's Consumer Protection Cell can be contacted through the toll free number (1255) for any assistance from 9am to 5pm (summer timing) and 9am to 4pm (winter timing) on week days.
