Mrs. Yangchen Tshogyel, one of the two Deputy Governors under Royal Monetary Authority of Bhutan (RMA) has been reappointed for a second tenure by the RMA Board with effect from September 1, 2021.
She started her career in RMA as a Research Officer and served as Director under the Department of Macroeconomic and Research Statistics prior to her appointment as a Deputy Governor in 2016. She holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy Program (MPPF) from Australian National University, Canberra, Australia.
