February is a special month for all of us as we celebrate His Majesty The Druk Gyalpo`s 44th Birth Anniversary, His Royal Highness The Gyalsey’s 8th Birth Anniversary and the start of the Wood Male Dragon year. To mark the significance of these momentous occasions, the Royal Monetary Authority of Bhutan is pleased to announce the roll-out of the 10 percent Incentive on Inward Remittance Scheme for the entire month of February 2024 (i.e. from 1 to 29 February 2024) for our fellow Bhutanese living abroad to offset the transaction costs of sending money to their personal accounts or to their family members in Bhutan.
